TERMS OF SERVICE

I need direction and guidance so PLEASE tell me everything you need when it comes to commissioning me. Show good and high-quality reference photos and colors of the character you want to be drawn.
NOTE: MOBIAN/FURRY OCS ONLY!

  • I am a very VERY slow artist. I am a college (architecture) student and I get distracted a lot, so your commission will take longer depending on my motivation. However I will give you updates whenever you ask for it or whenever I have something to show. I will do my best to finish your commission as fast as I can.

  • I can only accept ONE art piece per commission.

  • I have the right to decline a commission, with or without reasoning.

  • Payment through PayPal or GCash. An invoice will be sent to you via Paypal so you have to provide/give me your paypal email in order to do it

  • You have to pay for the fee

  • Pay (in total price) after I do the LINEART.

  • If you want to see a speedpaint, that'll be another $50, you choose the song/music you like

  • Please please PLEASE no complicated OCS! Especially multi-colored ones/with neon colors

  • I am only a human, and I have my own life as well. If something major is to hold me back from completing a commission I will let you know as soon as possible

  • I don't do REFUNDS unless you have a valid reason

  • You may not resell art you have bought from me, or claim it as your own, etc. HOWEVER you must ask my permission first if you want to use it for something such as commercial use, for example are prints or stickers, an additional 50% fee will be added.

  • Keep in contact during the drawing process as it helps things run smoother

  • I keep the rights to the artwork, do not crop my watermark

  • I may possibly use the art as examples in references or in a portfolio as I am the original artist. You do not get to claim that you made the art yourself

  • Please do not complain to me as to why I think your character is complicated to draw. It's just what I see and I draw based on my skills and what I know. I don't wanna disappoint you if you wouldn't like the result and that you wasted your money because of me. If you are not satisfied by this, I am sorry but I am not the suitable person for the job.

  • Please tell me if Im allowed to post the art on any of my social media platforms or not.

  • An additional character will be the same price as your order. For example you want meme redraws, they are $30 by default and if you want to add another character, that will be an additional $30 which makes your commission a total of $60.

  • I will not tolerate harrasment or mistreatment during your commission. I am going to warn you of your unpleasant attitude and how it's gonna make me feel mentally. If this attitude continues, I will mark your commission as "complete" in my Trello regardless of what the current progress is. You will no longer be allowed to commission me from then on or get any refunds from it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSANSWERS
1. If I want to add more characters for the fake screenshot, is the price going to be another $120-$180?No, the range for fake screenshots are $120-$180. Meaning they are the base price wherein I will charge according to how complex your request is. The more characters/details, the more expensive it is.
2. Is the fake screenshot's price per scene?Yes, for example, there are multiple scenes. The price for each scene will be different depending on the complexity; some can be just $120 and some can be higher than that. It already includes the black bars (optional), subtitles and filters.
3. I want to order a solo art of my oc from you but I want to include a background, how much is it going to be?Depends on your background. If it's just a solid/simple abstract background, then you are free of charge. If you are talking about sceneries or portrait art, I didn't actually offer it, but we can discuss it through DMs
4. Can I choose my own poses/featured details/the actual layout of the reference sheet?Yes, you absolutely can! However There are things I want to keep there since my default layout is the one you can see from my example. I'd like to keep the personality part mostly, even so it's still up to you.
5. Can the meme redraws be any meme?Yes
6. Do you offer animation commissions?No, not yet, sorry.
7. Do you accept payment plans?Yes, as long as you will pay the fees for every transaction.

TERMS OF SERVICE

These are ADDITIONAL information for my NSFW Commissions. My T.O.S from SFW still applies here.

  • Make sure that the character(s) you're going to use when commissioning me is/are 18+. I do NOT allow minor characters, even if they're fictional, to be exploited in porn content. This also means you are not allowed to age up a minor character just for this.

  • I have the right to decline your request if I don't feel comfortable with it.

  • Please understand that I am not always home alone, and I lack privacy in my household. This will make your commission longer to complete; however, just like the normal TOS, I will provide you with updates whenever possible.

  • I am not too skilled yet, so I prefer to draw females at the moment.

  • If you're going to commission me with your friend's oc, please ask for their permission first! This is very important and if this is supposed to be a gift or a surprise, I'd still need proof that your friend/the oc owner is allowing you to use their oc for an 18+ commission.

  • I will not draw any official/canon sonic characters for my NSFW commissions, so it will be pure OCs only.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSANSWERS
1.I want to add another character for any of your offers, how much will it be?Just like what I said from my regular T.O.S, an additional character will be the same price as your order. For example you want a fully rendered scene, it is $200 by default and if you want to add another character, it will be an extra $200 which makes your commission a total of $400. The background can be anything.
2. Will there be additional charges for extra details like: cum, sex toys, etc.?Perhaps yeah? It really depends on the request, honestly, if it's too complicated for me then I will charge a bit.
3. Is the solo art full body?Yes, it is a full body, fully rendered piece, with a pose of your choice of course. This also applies for Fully-rendered scenes EXCEPT simple doodles.
4. How much will you charge for a full body simple doodle?An additional of $20

Welcome to my Merch! This section is currently a work in progress as I am still unsure what to add but for customized stuff, here are the specific TOS. (more will be added soon!)

  • Your personal full address/info must be provided. This includes your full (actual) name, full address with zip code, state/etc. and your contact details (such as your phone/mobile number and email address). You must agree to give this info to me, I wouldn't be able to ship tangible goods directly to you. I assure you that the information you provide will be kept confidential, and I kindly ask that you do the same with mine.

  • Production will take a week; it honestly depends on the merch you're ordering. I can ask my manufacturers about this if you are ever curious.

  • Shipping outside the country will take about 2-3 weeks, depending on your country. The cost also depends on that. If you want to check the rates, please refer to PHLPost Rates 2025, and an additional $10 will be added for travel post (to the post office) and for PayPal's fee.

  • The price for the custom/commissioned art from me is separate from the price of the tangible item you are ordering. If, for example, you want a custom mousepad of your OC, the mousepad's starting price is $50, and a drawing of your OC will have an additional fee depending on the complexity of the request. You're still going to receive the digital version of the art regardless.

  • If you have an art of your OC that is drawn by another artist, please ask their permission first if they will allow it. If they do, make sure to provide me the CSP/PSD file of the drawing so I can do the layout or, much better, if you have a transparent version. With that, however, I will only charge for the layout fee. This is for personal use ONLY.
